I'm writing you today first of all to say thank you and secondly to say that it was a real pleasure working with you.
Not only did you help us find the right home. You helped us find it in the short time frame that we had.
As only you knew our situation because you were so close to us through this deal, you knew how important it was for us to move quickly.
With your help we were able to look at all of the options in our search parameters and even though our search criteria was strict. I feel confident and assured that nothing was over looked.
At first we didn't really know exactly what we wanted. It was as if you already knew better than we did what would suit us best. After all, the first place you showed us was a town house style condo and the place we ended up buying was a town house style condo.
In our minds we though a high rise would be best but after allowing you to show us what was on the market we can confidently say that we made the right choice.
Also, thank you for all of the extra work you did out of the goodness of your heart, like; taking our calls at any-time, making us feel as if we were your priority, being patient with us in this difficult transition of our life, explaining to me how the market works and what to expect as a first time home buyer, introducing us to some of your contacts to help us with the mortgage preparations, the countless trips back and forth you made for me, too many things to mention.

Moving alone to a foreign country is not easy. Finding a place to live, usually is even harder. But thanks to Svetlana this task becomes easier. When I bought my first home, I was overwhelmed. There was soo much to learn and there were so many decisions to be made. If you’re anything like me then you dont like making mistakes, especially costly ones.. but, Svetlana always understood this, she took her time to explain everything to me, she made sure that I was comfortable and confident behind every decision that I made.
